Dr. Jill is certified yoga therapist and yoga teacher in the Viniyoga tradition.  She has been teaching yoga for nearly 20 years.  She studied with Robin Rothenberg and taught at the Yoga Barn in Issaquah and Fall City before it closed.  She is a co-founder and mentor for the Essential Yoga Therapy Program and feels honored to support the program by teaching anatomy and physiology and sharing her passion for the amazing human body.

Viniyoga appeals to her because it is an adaptable style that allows any and everyone to be able to practice yoga.  She is skilled at adapting postures for all types of therapeutic conditions.
