Hailey Newnom is our Billing Manager & Front Desk Receptionist. She is very skilled at wrangling with Insurance companies on behalf of our patients. She'll be happy to answer all of your questions about your insurance benefits, or moving to our affordable time-of-service cash plans.
Hailey and her partner recently moved from the Seattle area to North Bend and are enjoying getting to know all the best hiking trails in the Valley. Hailey also has a passion for styling fashion photography, home-made baking and cooking, and gardening at her home near the Middle Fork of the Snoqualmie River.

Eryn DeFoort has lived in North Bend since 2021, and has enjoyed supporting local commerce as a business development consultant, the Chamber VP, and a writer-for-hire. She also brings 30 years of experience in the weight loss industry. She supports Park Street Healing Arts as the Ideal-U Weight Loss & Lifestyle Coach and assists Straight Chiropractic with marketing and business development.
When not at the clinic, you'll find her at the potter's wheel at North Bend Pottery, or in any swimming hole of the Snoqualmie River!

Sophie is one of our front desk receptionists, a rock star high school student and our MVP of Appointment Reminding! If you get busy and forget to make your routine appointments for maintenance care, you'll likely be getting a very sweet phone call from Sophie to get you back on the schedule.
Sophie has lived in North Bend since 2017 with her father and siblings. She is currently a Mt. Si High School and in the "Running Start" program at Bellevue College. She will be a 2027 graduate of MSHS.
When she's not in the office Sophie enjoys reading, swimming, exploring nature, collecting bugs for her science class, cooking, painting, drawing, and spending time with family and friends.

Ricco and Trixie are our office pups!
Ricco likes to let everyone know that he is here. He typically has 2 modes: playful agent of sassy chaos or slug. He occasionally comes into the office when he's not being a couch potato.
Trixie arrived to the family paralyzed in the back legs. After a "all hands on deck" treatment from our office practitioners she was able to stand again within 4 days, and is now running, jumping and doing almost all the normal dog stuff. She is Dr Jill's foster "fail," and can be found within sight distance of Dr. Jill or snuggled up next to a heater.
