Dr. Rick Green has been practicing as health care practitioner for over 30 years. He blends the practice of physical therapy, massage therapy and clinical hypnotherapy, providing an integrative model of healing. His patients seek him out for his knowledge and skill in the treatment of acute orthopedic and sports-related injuries, as well as complex chronic pain syndromes. Practicing an integrated approach to healing, he is dedicated to assisting his patients achieve pain relief and restoration of function, as well as improving their quality of life through enhancing health awareness, physical fitness, and positive living skills.
Dr. Green enjoys helping people “get their life back”. Whether it is helping someone get back to work, back to sport, working in the garden, or walking their favorite trail, he experiences special joy in being a part of his patient’s healing. To him, they are like family.
Born and raised in Illinois, Rick competed as a two-sport university athlete, achieving national recognition in both. He has been in private practice most of his career in California, where he was also a volunteer coach for both high school and club sports. He served as a health care practitioner in China for several years, where he was the physical therapy director of an international medical clinic. Rick is happily married to his wife, Fataneh. They came to the beautiful Snoqualmie Valley 3 years ago to be closer to family and become part of a strong, vibrant community.
Martina is a licensed massage therapist, who is trained and certified in many massage techniques including Swedish, Sports, Deep tissue, Connective tissue work, Manual lymphatic drainage, Reiki and Fascial Stretch Therapy™ (FST™). She works with each individual to develop the right treatment plan. The goal of each massage is to help manage pain, relieve stress and improve overall health.
She has a variety of certifications from Franz Behr Institute of Sports and Swedish Massage, Anthem College, Phoenix School of Holistic Health and Massage, and Stretch to Win Institute.
Throughout her childhood, Martina spend summer holidays at her vacation home, far from town. Family and neighbors went to the local medicine woman to treat all their various ailments. During her childhood summers, Martina learned herbal remedies that have a tradition dating back thousands of years. Pauline made the decision to attend Bellevue Massage School (graduating in early 2015) after experiencing the power benefits of massage. Since then she has taken numerous courses to be certified in many therapies.
Pauline has an integrative whole body approach to bodywork: she combines her compassionate nature with her extensive knowledge of anatomy, fascial lines and connective tissue to blend a variety of therapies in her intuitive and effective technique. All of the following modalities that Pauline practices can help guide the body to achieve its optimum balance: BowenWork, Deep Tissue, Swedish Massage, Hot Stone MAssage, Cupping, Intraoral Therapy, Prenatal and Postnatal Massage, Scar-Tissue Release*. Pauline is also experienced in Reiki and Light Touch Therapies.
Pauline is also a DONA trained Doula and has a passion for motherhood. She naturally creates a warm, nurturing experience for the comfort of her clients.
