Pauline made the decision to attend Bellevue Massage School (graduating in early 2015) after experiencing the power benefits of massage. Since then she has taken numerous courses to be certified in many therapies.

 

Pauline has an integrative whole body approach to bodywork: she combines her compassionate nature with her extensive knowledge of anatomy, fascial lines and connective tissue to blend a variety of therapies in her intuitive and effective technique. All of the following modalities that Pauline practices can help guide the body to achieve its optimum balance: BowenWork, Deep Tissue, Swedish Massage, Hot Stone MAssage, Cupping, Intraoral Therapy, Prenatal and Postnatal Massage, Scar-Tissue Release*. Pauline is also experienced in Reiki and Light Touch Therapies.

 

Pauline is also a DONA trained Doula and has a passion for motherhood. She naturally creates a warm, nurturing experience for the comfort of her clients.
