Pauline has an integrative whole body approach to bodywork: she combines her compassionate nature with her extensive knowledge of anatomy and fascia to blend a variety of therapies including BowenWork, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Hot Stone, Cupping, Intraoral Therapy, Prenatal / Postnatal Massage, and Scar-Tissue Release. Scars can have an effect on the whole body. By addressing scars, not only the symptoms but the root cause of muscle discomfort can be improved. She is also experienced in Reiki and Light Touch Therapies.

 

Pauline is a DONA trained Doula, is the mother of two young boys, and has a passion for the craft and art of parenthood. She naturally creates a warm, nurturing experience for the comfort of her clients.
